Who We Are
10x was founded by Brendan Jones and his wife, Megan, with the goal of using their decades of ministry experience to help churches prepare for God-sized goals.
Brendan is an expert coach who excels in leadership development and strategic planning. He is a certified Working Genius coach, has a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, and loves board games where you have to figure out who is lying.
Megan is an accomplished interior designer, artist, and creative team manager. She’s led six-figure projects, designed multi-site campuses, and is the happiest when the weather is at least 90˚F.
We are based in Southern California with our two young children, but love serving churches of all sizes across America.
