Who We Are
Brendan Jones is a strategic leadership coach who specializes in clarifying vision, improving systems, and developing healthy teams. He is a certified Working Genius Coach, holds a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, and brings years of experience guiding leaders in both large, multi-site environments and entrepreneurial churches navigating expansion.
Megan Jones is a creative leader who brings strong operational discernment to church culture, team dynamics, and sustainable rhythms. Drawing from years of leading creative teams and stewarding six-figure projects, she helps leaders identify unseen pressure points and align daily operations with God-given vision.
We are based in Southern California with our three young children, but we serve churches of all sizes across the country.

10x was born out of a season of obedience and not ambition.
After sensing God’s leading to leave our home church of 17 years, we spent a summer visiting churches across our region. Week after week, we met pastors and their families who loved their churches deeply and were genuinely excited about what God was doing.
They weren’t lacking vision. They were leading with faith, optimism, and a strong desire to reach their communities. What they lacked was a clear plan about how to get there and scale ministry in a way that matched the vision God had placed in their hearts.
Though many of these churches were smaller than the multi-site church we came from, the challenges were familiar. Growth creates complexity, and too often, gifted leaders are left to figure that out alone.
As we drove away each Sunday, we found ourselves saying the same thing:
